Axians Portugal seeks a Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst (Dutch & English) to ensure accuracy of financial confirmations and term sheets. You will draft ISDA-based confirmations, review bookings, and coordinate with Trading, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations across international locations.

The role requires fluency in English and Dutch, knowledge of financial markets, and strong analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Experience or knowledge of documentation processes within financial markets environments.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Fluency in Dutch (mandatory).
• French language skills will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for products including Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies.
• Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure consistency before documentation is sent to clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines and operational targets.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in incoming confirmations, including managing client affirmation requests and documentation disputes.
• Collaborate daily with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams across multiple international locations.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a professional responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial transactions by performing critical controls and reconciliations between trade bookings, confirmations, and term sheets. This role plays a key part in post-trade processes, ensuring timely documentation, regulatory compliance, and effective issue resolution through close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across different business and operational functions.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for products including Swaps, Forwards, Options, and Hybrid Strategies.
• Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure consistency before documentation is sent to clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines and operational targets.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in incoming confirmations, including managing client affirmation requests and documentation disputes.
• Collaborate daily with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams across multiple international locations.
