Aufgaben

• Execute document onboarding tasks from start to finish with accuracy and compliance.
• Handle document onboarding and database management tasks as assigned by Coordinators and stakeholders.
• Label identification data, including PII, following strict security and privacy guidelines.
• Analyze document performance data and report findings to stakeholders.
• Test and validate document-related tooling and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and outcomes.
• Support second-line inquiries related to document verification performance.
