Glanua Ltd is seeking a BIM Manager to lead Digital Project Delivery across our Irish project portfolio, with a split between site and office. The role focuses on BIM implementation, standardisation, data management, and coordinating project teams to ensure quality and timely information sharing.

The ideal candidate will drive data-driven decision making, supervise Digital Delivery coordinators, and contribute to pricing strategies for BIM-related work while maintaining international standards.

Qualificações

• Proven track record delivering digital projects, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Leadership experience managing teams of professionals.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and digital information management.
• Experience with BIM360/ACC and integrated project delivery workflows.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Digital Project Delivery and BIM for regional projects.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards and information management practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure timely data sharing.
• Mentor Digital Delivery coordinators and support training programs.
• Support pricing of BIM delivery and manage BIM-related costs.
