CTS Group, a fast-growing developer of data-center projects, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Document Controller to join the Lisbon team on-site.

You will manage, organize and version control electrical engineering documentation, ensure traceability, and support engineers and project teams with ACC and other systems.

The role requires native Portuguese and strong English (C1), plus the ability to work on-site in Lisbon and keep documentation accurate and easily accessible.

Qualificações

• Experience in document control or engineering administration.
• Knowledge of document management, revision control and traceability.
• Experience with drawings, calculations, specifications and reports.
• Native Portuguese required; English at C1.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and organize electrical engineering project documentation.
• Control document revisions, versions and updates.
• Ensure full document traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain document registers, logs and tracking systems.
• Manage technical deliverables such as drawings, calculations, reports and design documentation.
• Upload, distribute and maintain documents within relevant document management platforms.
• Support ACC and other project documentation systems
• Ensure documents follow naming, numbering, formatting and filing standards.
• Ensure teams use latest approved documentation.
• Track document submissions, reviews and revisions.
• Coordinate document-related communication between engineers, designers and stakeholders.
• Prepare document status reports and identify outstanding or overdue deliverables.
• Maintain records of quality checks, technical reviews and project documentation.
• Support day-to-day administrative and coordination aspects of technical documentation
