Job summary

Diconium is seeking an experienced Director Procurement to transform our European procurement organization. You will build the structures, processes and governance needed for scalable, compliant procurement across Europe and lead a team of four procurement professionals.

You will work with Security, Legal, Finance and IT to establish contract management, KPIs and data-driven reporting, and drive automation and digitalization while ensuring NIS2 and ISO 27001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading procurement teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes and governance.
• Familiarity with NIS2 and ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Legal, Finance, IT and Security.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation of European Procurement and shape its future operating model.
• Lead and develop a team of four procurement professionals.
• Review, streamline and continuously improve existing Procurement processes and workflows.
• Establish a scalable and transparent Contract Management framework across the organization.
• Define processes, responsibilities and governance for the entire contract lifecycle.
• Ensure Procurement processes and supplier management practices meet security and regulatory requirements (NIS2, ISO 27001).
• Collaborate with Information Security, Legal, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to establish cross-functional processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and digitalization across Procurement.
• Develop and implement Procurement policies, standards and guidelines.
• Establish meaningful KPIs and reporting structures to increase transparency and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Strengthen supplier governance and ensure documentation, risk assessment and monitoring.
