FedEx Global Trade Services (GTS) seeks a Digital Transformation Lead to accelerate our Data, Automation & AI-driven evolution across Europe. You will partner with business leaders, operations, technology, and experts to identify transformational opportunities and drive change initiatives that boost efficiency, customer experience, and performance across our global network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).
