Forvia is a sustainable mobility technology leader seeking a Logistics Planner to manage product changes in procurement and production, update logistics systems, and align scheduling with engineering changes for new programs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor or Master in Engineering or Logistics, are fluent in English and Portuguese, and have SAP and Excel experience to drive master scheduling and material planning, and contribute to sustainable mobility goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering or Logistics.
• Experience in production scheduling and materials planning is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel is required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure product changes are considered in procurements and production processes.
• Update logistics systems (logistics convention).
• Manage application dates of product modifications per engineering change procedures.
• Maintain relationships with program teams and define logistics conditions for new programs.
• Ensure changes are reflected in production scheduling and material planning.
• Ensure changes are reflected in physical flows.
• Identify appropriate packaging.
• Incorporate changes into border production line procurements and supplier stocks.
• Manage phase-out files to minimize obsolete stocks and enable customer reimbursement.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

The main missions of the role are:

• Ensure that products changes (new products launches, phase out) are taken into account within procurements and production process
• Update systems (logistics convention)
• Manage application dates of product modifications according to engineering change procedures
• Keep up special relationships with program teams. Define and assume the logistics conditions necessary for the launch of new programs
• Ensure that changes are taken into account in production scheduling and material planning
• Ensure that changes are taken into account within physical flows
• Identify appropriate packaging
• Include changes into border production line procurements, stocks and towards suppliers
• Manage phase out files: reduce to the minimum the obsolete stocks and set up the file in a way to obtain their reimbursement by the customer
