Job summary

PepsiCo Portugal is seeking an analyst to provide operational and analytical support for digital selling and field execution programs (Perfect Store). The role maintains content, master data and dashboards, and supports incident tracking, adoption activities and routine reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Digital Business, Data/Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, e-commerce, digital platforms, commercial analytics, customer support or project coordination.
• Basic understanding of commercial processes and interest in FMCG and digital sales.
• Working proficiency in English; Spanish is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work with structured data and recurring reports; experience with CRM/SFA is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain platform content for defined customer segments and channels using templates and calendars.
• Set up and maintain customer and sales-structure master data and raise operational requests.
• Extract, validate and consolidate customer registration, usage, ordering, sales and engagement data; prepare datasets for dashboards.
• Prepare recurring field-execution (Perfect Store) reporting by channel including service compliance and visit hours.
• Highlight data gaps, unusual trends, service issues and provide clear summaries to the manager.
• Collect feedback from customers, Sales teams and field users; group topics and suggest improvements.
• Prepare communications, user lists, training materials and follow-up trackers for adoption activities.
• Log incidents and change requests; monitor status and escalate delays or risks.
• Perform user acceptance and smoke testing and document results per test scripts.
• Prepare materials for business reviews and maintain project docs and action logs.
• Provide standard analysis and operational support to Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, IT and other teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, user experience or process efficiency and submit suggestions.
