PepsiCo Portugal is seeking an analyst to provide operational and analytical support for digital selling and customer engagement tools and for field execution programs. The role covers data extraction, validation, dashboard preparation, and incident tracking, with collaboration across Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing and IT teams.

The ideal candidate has a solid degree in business analytics or related field, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and a keen eye for data quality and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Digital Business, Data/Business Analytics or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Update and maintain approved platform and field-tool content for defined customer segments and channels, including promotions, monthly targets, product information, surveys, videos, banners, push notifications and other engagement materials, using agreed templates and calendars.
• Set up and maintain customer and sales-structure master data and raise operational requests per approved processes and calendars.
• Extract, validate and consolidate customer registration, usage, ordering, sales and engagement data from approved sources; prepare dashboards and reports.
• Prepare recurring field-execution (Perfect Store) reporting by channel, such as service compliance, visit hours and results from field programs.
• Highlight data gaps, unusual trends, service issues and missed actions; provide a clear factual summary to the manager or owner.
• Collect and organize feedback from customers, Sales teams, field team and other users; group topics and support improvement recommendations.
• Prepare communications, user lists, training materials and follow-up trackers for adoption and change activities.
• Log and monitor platform incidents, service requests and change requests; maintain status information and elevate delays or risks.
• Perform user acceptance and smoke testing and document results for new features and changes, following test scripts.
• Provide inputs for business review meetings and maintain project documentation and action logs.
