Velenosi&Meredith in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a multilingual Digital Paid Campaign Specialist to join our AdTech team on-site. You will support customers with paid social campaigns across German, English, Italian and Spanish language teams, applying hands-on campaign management and strong customer service skills.

Candidates should have a degree in Marketing and experience in digital marketing or AdTech, with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams to optimise performance

Formación

Experience in paid campaign management is mandatory.
Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in a contact centre or customer service programme within an AdTech company.
Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.

About the Role

We are looking for multilingual Digital Paid Campaign Specialists to join an international advertising technology (AdTech) environment in Lisbon.

This role focuses on supporting customers with paid digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns, a background in digital marketing, and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support customers with their paid digital advertising campaigns.
Assist with campaign management, optimisation and performance‑related queries.
Provide guidance on social media advertising tools and campaign features.
Understand customer objectives and recommend relevant advertising solutions.

Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in paid campaign management is mandatory.

Strong customer service skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Proficiency in one of the required languages: German, English, Italian or Spanish.

Work Authorisation & Eligibility

Candidates must be EU citizens or already hold valid Portuguese residency with authorisation to work in Portugal.
Candidates must be able to work on‑site in Lisbon.
Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available.
