Velenosi&Meredith is seeking a multilingual Digital Paid Campaign Specialist to join our social media team in Lisbon. The role focuses on managing paid campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering excellent customer service across German, English, Italian and Spanish language teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on paid campaign experience, a marketing background, and strong collaboration skills in an AdTech environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in paid campaign management is mandatory.
Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Previous experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in a contact centre or customer service within an AdTech company.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
Strong customer service and a customer‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in German, English, Italian or Spanish.

About the Role

We are looking for multilingual Digital Paid Campaign Specialists to join an international advertising technology (AdTech) environment in Lisbon.

This role focuses on supporting customers with paid digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns, a background in digital marketing, and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support customers with their paid digital advertising campaigns.
Assist with campaign management, optimisation and performance‑related queries.
Provide guidance on social media advertising tools and campaign features.
Understand customer objectives and recommend relevant advertising solutions.
Troubleshoot campaign‑related issues and provide appropriate support.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve campaign performance.

Work Authorisation & Eligibility

Candidates must be EU citizens or already hold valid Portuguese residency with authorisation to work in Portugal.
Candidates must be able to work on‑site in Lisbon.
