WTW, Ltd. is hiring a Digital & Communications Specialist in Lisbon to support and enhance our global communications. You will craft French language content, collaborate on campaigns, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines across internal and external channels.

The role emphasizes digital tools management, localization, and analytics. A background in marketing automation and strong French plus English language skills are essential for success in this fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years in a similar digital communications role.
• Experience with digital communication and marketing automation tools (NP6, Marketo or ActiveTrail) is valued.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytics familiarity.
• Fluency in French (min B2, C1 preferred) and English (min B1).
• Strong writing, storytelling and content creation abilities.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines with rigor.

The Opportunity

As a Digital Communication Specialist, your key responsibility will be to support and enhance our communication strategies using cutting-edge tools and methods.

You’ll be working on real projects, contributing to the following tasks:

Content creation and communication excellence

• Craft engaging, clear, and compelling written materials tailored to diverse audiences in French
• Support internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and organizational objectives
• Collaborate with teams to develop creative assets for campaigns, newsletters

Digital communication tools management

• Utilize communications or similar tools to design, execute, and monitor communication campaigns in French
• Regularly update and localize digital communication content for different markets while maintaining consistency and quality

Analytics and reporting

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies
• Generate detailed reports on communication effectiveness in French-speaking regions and beyond, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
• Ensure data and insights account for linguistic and cultural nuances in target markets

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role:
  • An experience in digital communication and marketing automation tools (such as NP6, Marketo or ActiveTrail) will be valued
  • An experience in insurance will be valued
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong writing and verbal skills, with proven ability to create impactful content.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in French (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred).
  • English (minimum B1)
• Core Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge in graphic design tools (such asIndesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
