Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Campaign Deployment Specialist to ensure a positive customer experience by deploying brand campaigns across channels. You will work with Nestlé brands to craft email, push, and SMS campaigns based on strategic guidance.

The role requires HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with email marketing tools, and fluent English. Hybrid work is available with two days per week in the office, and opportunities for international exposure within a dynamic Nestlé

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Experience with email marketing tools is essential.
• Strong HTML/CSS basics and problem solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English with fast learning ability.

Responsabilidades

• Create email, push notification and SMS campaigns per defined strategy.
• HTML production based on templates and iterative updates.
• Implement database segmentation on email tools.
• Design customer journeys per brand guidelines.
• Run A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability.
• Monitor campaigns and generate KPI reports.
• Ensure deliverability using best practices and KPI analysis.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders across borders.
