Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Campaign Deployment Specialist to ensure a positive customer experience by deploying brand campaigns across multiple channels. The role focuses on email, push, and SMS campaigns using defined strategies and templates.

You will work with Nestlé brands to design and implement customer journeys, perform HTML/CSS tasks, and analyze KPIs. The position offers hybrid work with two days in the office and opportunities for growth within IMS.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar.
• Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg. MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML or CSS.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods.
• Good analytical skills.
• Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus).
• Passion for the Digital Marketing field.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Nestlé brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on defined strategy.
• HTML creation based on templates including revising and making changes/corrections when necessary.
• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool.
• Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands.
• Create A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability.
• Monitor campaigns and create KPI reports.
• Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI’s.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.
