Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Marketing Email Specialist to craft campaigns (email, push, SMS) aligned with brand strategy. You will design HTML templates, implement audience segmentation, and build customer journeys to optimize engagement.

You will work in a fast-paced, global environment, requiring English proficiency and strong analytics. This hybrid role offers a mix of office days and remote work, with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar.
• Experience with email marketing tools (MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML or CSS.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods.
• Good analytical skills.
• Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus).
• Passion for the Digital Marketing field.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Nestlé brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on defined strategy.
• HTML creation based on templates including revising and making changes when necessary.
• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool.
• Design customer journeys according to brand guidelines.
• Create A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability.
• Monitor campaigns and create KPI reports.
• Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and KPI analysis.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.
