Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Campaign Deployment Specialist in Lisbon to deploy brand campaigns across channels and ensure a positive client experience. You will craft email, push, and SMS campaigns, build HTML templates, and segment audiences for targeted communications.

You will collaborate with Nestlé brands, design customer journeys, run A/B tests, monitor campaigns, and deliver KPI reports. A strong marketing automation background and English proficiency are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar.
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, RD Station, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua).
• Knowledge of HTML or CSS.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods.
• Good analytical skills.
• Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Nestlé brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on defined strategy.
• HTML creation based on templates and making changes when necessary.
• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool.
• Design customer journeys according to brand guidelines.
• Create A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability.
• Monitor campaigns and generate KPI reports.
• Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using best practices and KPI analysis.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
