Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a Lead for the Cyber Security/Prevent team in Logging & Monitoring. You will oversee platform configuration, provide technical leadership across squads, and collaborate with product owners to prioritise the backlog while reducing cyber risks.

The role requires expertise in Elastic Stack, Python, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/Ansible), and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure). A hybrid work model and international mobility opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Elastic Stack and cloud platforms.
• Ability to lead security-focused engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee platform configuration, development, and optimization.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple squads.
• Work closely with Product owner to prioritise and maintain backlog.
• Evaluate and implement new design methods to reduce cyber risks.
• Provide technical expertise and decision making on strategies like Tooling cluster, patching & monitoring.
• Lead a team of Devsecops Engineers.
• Drive automation to improve maintainability & efficiency.
