Job summary

Vodafone Business is seeking a Cyber Security Growth & Enablement Lead to align cyber capabilities with customer needs and commercial priorities, driving a clear roadmap and strong cross-functional delivery across cyber, technology, and delivery partners.

The role combines cyber consultancy, transformation discipline and strategic execution to enable growth, reduce risk, and strengthen customer trust on a global scale. Hybrid work model applies with international scope.

Qualifications

Experience in cyber security through technical, consultancy, management, product or sales roles, with transformation leadership.
Excellent stakeholder management, consultancy and influencing skills.
Clear communication and governance, analytical and decision-making capability.

Responsibilities

Maintain Cyber Security Vodafone Business roadmap with clear initiatives and milestones.
Define outcome-based measures and track delivery performance and benefits realization.
Identify opportunities to develop or reuse cyber capabilities across Vodafone Business.
Provide cyber consultancy and advisory to Vodafone Business teams in global environments.
Support initiatives to strengthen Vodafone's external cyber security profile and sustain change.
