Decskill is expanding and seeking a DevOps Engineer & IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join our Lisbon/Porto teams. You will help design technical solutions across production, security, and monitoring, align infra needs with product backlogs, and support fast, secure delivery in Agile projects.

You will work with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD toolchains, and observability platforms to ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure in a national and international context.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, or related role.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure and Production Operations management.
• Knowledge of IT Risk Management and Cyber Security.
• Strong DevOps understanding and Agile experience.
• Familiarity with modern monitoring/observability tools (ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace).
• Knowledge of the DevOps toolchain (GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical solutions covering production, infrastructure, security, resilience, and monitoring.
• Incorporate infra requirements into Product Backlog with technical user stories.
• Support teams in securing and accelerating solution delivery.
• Implement user stories and coordinate relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Promote existing production and security best practices across Agile/DevOps teams.
• Ensure production and infrastructure services meet architecture and delivery standards.
• Monitor and improve production environments and incident response.
