act digital is seeking an experienced IT Operations/DevOps Engineer to join their Porto-based hybrid team. You will help define technical solutions, support development lifecycles, and supervise production environments to ensure stability and performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT Infrastructure/Operations, strong DevOps and Agile understanding, and hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch or Dynatrace, plus

• Experience with production operations and deployment automation.
• Familiar with monitoring/observability tools and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the definition of technical solutions, integrating production and infrastructure requirements.
• Support application teams throughout the development and delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate deployments and infrastructure provisioning.
• Monitor and supervise production services and technical environments.
• Ensure operational stability, performance and service availability.
• Identify infrastructure, security, network and operational risks and propose action plans.
• Contribute to automation, performance improvements and continuous improvement.
• Support incident resolution and release-related issues.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures and production indicators.
• Promote production best practices and knowledge sharing across project teams.
• Contribute to backup/restore and failover readiness.

We're hiring: IT Operations / DevOps Engineer | Porto (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced IT Operations / DevOps professional to join an Agile and DevOps environment, ensuring the stability, reliability and operational readiness of Production and non-Production environments.

What you'll be doing:

• Contribute to the definition of technical solutions, integrating production and infrastructure requirements
• Support application teams throughout the development and delivery lifecycle
• Facilitate deployments and infrastructure provisioning
• Monitor and supervise production services and technical environments
• Ensure operational stability, performance and service availability
• Identify infrastructure, security, network and operational risks and propose action plans
• Contribute to automation, performance improvements and continuous improvement
• Support incident resolution and release-related issues
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures and production indicators
• Promote production best practices and knowledge sharing across project teams
• Contribute to backup/restore and failover readiness
• 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations
• Experience with Production Operations
• Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch or Dynatrace
• Knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory and/or SonarQube
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Understanding of IT Risk and Cybersecurity

Nice to have:

• 3+ years of relevant experience

Occasional international travel may be required.
