We Are META in Porto is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our hybrid team. You will design and maintain secure automation across infrastructure and deployment pipelines, collaborating with distributed teams to deliver resilient systems.

The ideal candidate has about 6 years of DevSecOps experience, is proficient in Python and PowerShell, and can coach colleagues on IaC practices. English (B2) is required; Porto-based presence twice weekly is expected.

Qualificações

• 6 years of DevSecOps engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and PowerShell for automation.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices.
• English fluency (B2) and collaboration skills.
• Hybrid work availability: 2 days/week in Porto.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain automation pipelines across infrastructure.
• Coach operations teams on IaC and modern DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Support hybrid work model with Porto-based coordination.
