Job summary

Intermedia is seeking a Deployment DevOps Engineer to own and improve deployment processes across environments. You will build and maintain deployment pipelines using Octopus Deploy, GitHub, and Ansible to ensure automated, repeatable, secure releases for production.

You will design end-to-end release workflows, manage environment configurations, and support production releases while troubleshooting issues and driving root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience as DevOps/Release/Deployment Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Octopus Deploy.
• Strong Ansible skills for deployment and configuration.
• Strong working knowledge of GitHub (PR workflows, tagging/releases).
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and artifact/version management.
• Administration and troubleshooting on Windows and/or Linux hosts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release and deployment lifecycle from build to rollback.
• Develop and maintain Octopus Deploy projects and deployments.
• Implement deployment automation with Ansible playbooks and roles.
• Manage GitHub release workflows and versioning.
• Build/maintain CI pipelines to produce artifacts and trigger releases.
• Standardize deployment patterns across applications.
