The role focuses on GenAI-powered coding assistance and best practices across the software lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Solid experience as an IT Engineer (software engineer, DevOps, etc.).
• Proficiency in software craftsmanship, programming and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud systems such as Azure or AWS and infrastructure‑as‑code configuration.
• Knowledge about architecture topics: integration, security, network, IAM.
• Passionate about AI assistant programming and conversational coding techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and manage a modern development platform with code management, workflow orchestration, and CI/CD.
• Foster excellence in specification writing, testing, and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity experts, and risk managers to keep the platform secure and adaptable.
• Provide access to AI-powered coding assistants to boost productivity and innovation.
• Develop, improve, and maintain the platform using Go, Python, Terraform and GitHub Actions.
