Pictet Tech is seeking a Platform Engineer to join our product team and contribute to the operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of our cloud platform.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and DevOps specialists to monitor health, handle incidents and service requests, and drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and security across our platform, in a modern cloud environment. Willingness to travel to Geneva or Luxembourg when required is expected.

Qualificações

• Good understanding of DevOps and platform operations concepts.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or scripting is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring, ticketing, or support tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation, and operational best practices.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to explore practical use cases is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to day‑to‑day platform operations following established procedures.
• Support deployments and perform platform administration within access standards.
• Help track and document platform activities.
• Collaborate with engineers or users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Monitor platform health and alerts, escalate issues and assist resolution.
• Improve processes by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements.
• Apply security and operational practices in daily activities.
