Ev-Peak is seeking a Salesforce AMS Developer to act as a technical architect and strategic partner, shaping the technical vision beyond basic support. You will bridge design and execution within the Operational Excellence team, mentoring talent and ensuring scalable, secure integrations.

As part of the Salesforce-focused role in Lisbon, you will drive quality, lead complex ERP integrations, and oversee release management with CI/CD pipelines, while maintaining a client-focused, ownership-driven

Qualificações

• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong communication with clients and teams.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Architect robust Salesforce solutions for complex problems and lead implementation of advanced developments and ERP integrations.
• Lead technical workshops and Health Checks, translating architecture concepts for business stakeholders.
• Oversee DevOps and release strategy with CI/CD pipelines and coordinate releases with stakeholders to minimize downtime.
• Define standards for secure, maintainable deployments and lead peer reviews to ensure quality.

• Technical Solution Design & Engineering: Architect robust solutions for complex problems, leading the design and implementation of advanced custom developments and critical ERP integrations to meet long-term goals.
• Technical Workshops & Health Checks: Advise clients through technical workshops, translating architectural concepts into business language and performing system Health Checks to mitigate risks.
• DevOps & Release Strategy: Oversee release management via CI/CD pipelines, coordinating schedules with stakeholders to ensure seamless, zero-downtime updates.
• Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Ensure code quality by defining standards, leading peer reviews, and guaranteeing secure, maintainable deployments.

Requirements

• Advanced Technical Proficiency: Hands‑on proficiency with Apex, LWC, Flows, security, and REST/SOAP enterprise integrations.
• DevOps & Methodology: Skilled in Git, CI/CD, and professional release management.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Analytical Problem Solving: Expert in root‑cause diagnosis, reverse engineering, and production bug resolution.
• Ownership Mindset: Highly client‑focused with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Independent Execution: Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results effectively.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Nice to Have

• Proficient in Consumer Goods Cloud and the CG Offline App ecosystem.
