Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Community Growth Lead to engage technical audiences—developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers—across technical products like MicroVM, VPS, and AI tooling. You’ll craft a playbook to reach, educate, and convert this audience through content, events, and partnerships.

You will lead cross‑functional storytelling with Product Marketing, PR, and Creatives, running webinars, community initiatives, and upper‑funnel campaigns to boost product growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years growing technical audiences in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Knowledge of how developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers discover, evaluate, and choose tools.
• Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear narratives for multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the strategy for reaching technical audiences across channels.
• Tell Hostinger’s story to developers and build compelling narratives across content, demos, and events.
• Run upper‑funnel campaigns for technical audiences and measure impact.
• Unlock user‑generated communities in relevant forums and platforms.
• Host webinars and workshops and participate in developer events.
• Collaborate with Creatives, PR, and Content to produce tutorials and stories.
• Develop champions and partnerships with power users and local groups.
• Measure how community efforts contribute to product growth.
