Axelera AI is seeking a Developer Relations and Community Manager to grow our developer base and build trust within the Axelera AI community and external platforms. You will promote Voyager SDK and Metis, engage hobbyists and enterprise developers, and organize events to showcase technical capabilities.

You will work across multiple channels, curate technical content, and maintain a healthy, helpful space that facilitates real-world adoption of Axelera technologies in Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the AI hardware landscape.
• Credibility in AI/developer communities with relationships to technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate SDK/hardware detail into clear content.
• Comfortable with developer-facing platforms (GitHub, forums, Discord/Slack) and community tooling.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and sound judgment on AI output.
• Understanding of the software/SDK development lifecycle for model deployment and drivers.
• Maker-space engagement with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or similar.
• Passion for building a technical, self-sustaining community.

Responsabilités

• Engage across community platforms (Gainsight, GitHub, social channels), respond to technical questions, moderate discussions, and guide developers to resources.
• Create and curate technical content—tutorials, product updates, newsletters—using AI tools with human review for accuracy.
• Build relationships with key influencers and power users in AI/developer communities.
• Plan and host events, webinars, and meetups tied to product launches and industry events.
• Advocate for Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU, routing feedback to product teams and highlighting community-driven features.
• Grow the community while maintaining signal-to-noise, tag and categorize discussions, and triage inquiries with AI tools.
• Track engagement metrics and surface actionable insights beyond manual reviews.
• Encourage open-source contributions to Voyager SDK and collaborate with internal teams on community issues.
