Core Code io is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish. You will track timelines, coordinate teams and stakeholders, prepare documentation, and ensure on-schedule delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, creating reports, and escalating risks as needed. You will work with remote and local teams, manage multiple priorities, and improve project workflows for efficiency.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating tasks, schedules, meetings, and project documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools and digital platforms.
• English proficiency recommended for English-speaking teams

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination of timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate tasks across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and tasks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Prepare agendas, notes, reports, and presentations.
• Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Identify delays, risks, or issues and escalate to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain project information in management platforms and systems.
• Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders.
• Assist with resource planning, task allocation, and logistics.
• Support implementation of processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure deliverables and documentation are organized and up to date.
• Assist project managers with day-to-day coordination.
