Yazaki Porto Technical Centre in Portugal is seeking a DVP Engineer to lead, develop and maintain the Design Validation Plan for assigned projects, ensuring customer requirements are cascaded, validated and documented. You will coordinate internal and external validation activities, perform validation testing and prepare technical documentation, while acting as the primary technical interface to customers.

The role requires a degree in engineering, advanced English, strong MS Office skills,

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Materials Engineering or similar.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and maintain the complete Design Validation Plan (DVP) for assigned projects.
• Analyse cascaded customer requirements to ensure compliance throughout validation.
• Coordinate all internal and external validation activities.
• Conduct validation testing, technical reviews and functional assessments.
• Prepare technical documentation, validation reports and customer sign off deliverables.
• Act as the primary technical interface to the customer for validation and requirements.
