Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BEng/B.Tech) in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent, with professional membership preferred.


• Significant experience in design development and specification for complex building projects, with strong exposure to data centre or mission-critical environments.


• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across virtual and international project environments.


• Working knowledge of commercial project frameworks, contract law, health and safety legislation, and planning processes relevant to data centre development.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage clients, directors and supply chain partners with clarity and credibility.
