Black & White Engineering is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead engineering projects from design through to delivery. You will support colleagues, influence client interactions and bring technical confidence and expertise to the team.

You will own complex MEP designs, guide projects across building types, mentor engineers and contribute to business development. Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in an engineering discipline and chartered status or working towards it.
• Extensive experience delivering complex MEP design projects across building types.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards and industry best practice.
• Experience using Amtech, Dialux, AutoCAD or similar software.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex technical info.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to project delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, schedules and change control.

• Degree or diploma in an engineering discipline (BSc/BEng or HND/HNC).
