Qualificações

• Experience leading design delivery on complex engineering projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with clients.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Solid understanding of project governance and design coordination processes.
• Degree in Engineering or Architecture; professional accreditation advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to deliver engineering design projects.
• Manage design programmes, workflows and deliverables.
• Lead collaboration between internal teams, external consultants, and design partners.
• Drive design coordination and alignment to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor risks, change control, quality, cost and programme performance.
• Support project reporting and document management.
• Lead project meetings and ensure actions are followed.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Support health and safety risk management per client requirements.
