Black & White Engineering is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead engineering projects from design through delivery in a hybrid Lisbon setting. You will guide complex MEP designs, influence client interactions, and drive technical excellence across building and infrastructure schemes.

As a senior mentor, you will develop colleagues, support business development, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in an engineering discipline (BSc/BEng or HND/HNC).
• Significant experience delivering complex MEP design projects across a range of building types.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, regulations, and industry best practice.
• Experience using engineering design software such as Amtech, Dialux, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex technical information effectively.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to successful project delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, schedules, and change control processes.
• You may be a Chartered Engineer or actively working towards chartership.

Introduction

We're looking for an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to lead engineering projects from design through to delivery, support colleagues when needed, and bring confidence and expertise to client interactions.

Essential Skills
