Straumann Group in Portugal is seeking a Sales Representative (Implants) to drive growth and account penetration within Leiria and Castelo Branco. You will promote, sell and secure orders from dental practices and labs for Straumann's portfolio, drawing on a solid dental sales or consultative background.

You will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, develop territory plans and support product launches.

Qualificações

• University-level degree in dental business or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in pharma/medical devices/healthcare.
• Experience selling to dentists and dental labs is advantageous.
• Strong consultative selling in B2B environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and manage accounts within the territory.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop territory and account activity plans.
• Use data and consultative selling to find growth opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Educate customers on Straumann Group products and solutions.
• Attend trade shows and training sessions.
• Combine field visits with digital meetings and presentations.
