Straumann Group in Portugal is seeking a Sales Representative (Implants) to drive growth and account penetration within Leiria and Castelo Branco. You will promote, sell and secure orders from dental practices and labs for Straumann's portfolio, drawing on a solid dental sales or consultative background.

You will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, develop territory plans and support product launches.

Qualificações

• University-level degree in dental business or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in pharma/medical devices/healthcare.
• Experience selling to dentists and dental labs is advantageous.
• Strong consultative selling in B2B environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

At Straumann Group we know that the key to our growth is a high-performing sales team. The Sales Representative (f/m/d) Straumann Group is responsible for achieving maximum sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory/group of customers. The Sales Representative (f/m/d) is to promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers for Straumann's portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong Dental or Consultative Sales background, have some commercial experience, be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase the Straumann Group offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition rates and profitability. This position reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Key Activities

• Manage and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory.
• Identify, target and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account activity plans.
• Use data, insights and consultative selling to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Educate customers on Straumann Group products and solutions.
• Build strong relationships with dental practices and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms and close sales orders.
• Support product launches, cross-selling initiatives and commercial objectives.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings and training sessions.
• Combine face-to-face customer visits with digital sales meetings and presentations.
• Develop short- and long-term sales plans for key accounts.
• Manage and prioritise activities to maximise territory performance.
• Participate in cross-functional groups in Portugal.

Required Capabilities, Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within dental business.
• Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, preferably Pharma, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
• Prior sales experience with dentists and dental labs is an advantage.
• Experience and proficiency in consultative selling (B2B environment).
• High customer and business orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Result oriented;
  capable to grow net sales and customer base.
• Fluent in Portuguese. Excellent command of English is highly desirable.
• Result-oriented.
• Driver License.
