Institut Straumann AG in Portugal seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth within an assigned territory. You will promote Straumann Group dental products to dentists and labs, grow existing accounts, and identify new opportunities through consultative selling and strong relationship building.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare or dental sectors, fluent Portuguese, and good English, with a driver license.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in dental business or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably Pharma, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
• Experience with dentists and dental labs is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Grow and manage existing accounts; develop territory and account plans.
• Educate customers on Straumann Group products and solutions and close sales orders.
• Attend trade shows, meetings and training sessions; use both in-person and digital sales approaches.
