Job summary

Brevco Services in Portugal seeks an experienced NCOP trainer to deliver NCOP Increment 2 training iterations at the NCI Academy in Oeiras and during Mobile Training Team events. You will also handle NCOP Technical System Administration installations and maintenance to consolidate the Increment 2 Base Line 2 and MDO domain on the Academy Training Network.

Qualifications

• All mandatory requirements must be met to apply.
• NATO SECRET security clearance required for the contract period.
• Advanced knowledge of NCOP Increment 2 (≥3 years) including training path qualifications.
• Deep knowledge of NATO doctrine and standards for Common Operations.
• Experience with NATO Command Structure and NATO Force Structure.
• Experience developing technical documentation, training materials and instructional aids.
• Experience working in an international environment with military and civilian elements.

Responsibilities

• Successful delivery of NCOP training iterations at the NCI Academy in Oeiras and at Mobile Training Team events.

• · The candidate has a NATO SECRET security clearance, provided by the national security organization valid at the time of submission of the bid and covering the period of the contract
• · Advanced knowledge of NCOP Increment 2 system (at least 3 years), including NCOP course qualification up to COP MANAGER in the NCOP training path and with in-depth experience of NCOP course delivery plus NCOP System Administration
• · Deep knowledge and experience of NATOs doctrine and standards relevant to Common Operations
• · NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification
• · Knowledge and experience with NATO Command Structure and NATO Force Structure
• · Experience with development of technical documentation, training materials and instructional aids
• · Experience working in an international environment with Military and Civilian elements

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

• · Knowledge and experience with NCI Agency
• · Knowledge and experience with the NCI Academy
• · Knowledge of and experience with other existing NATO C2 and Functional Services (MCCIS, Core GIS, INTEL FS, etc.)

DUTIES/ROLE:

• · Successful delivery of NCOP training iterations at the NCI Academy in Oeiras and at Mobile Training Team events
• · NCOP Technical System Administration installations and maintenance as required toward consolidation and execution of NCOP Increment 2 Base Line 2 and the MDO domain on the Academy Training Network
