Zusammenfassung

Brevco Services in Oeiras is seeking an experienced NATO training developer and instructor to lead and adapt technical courses for the NCI Academy. The role involves delivering training iterations, updating materials, and ensuring compliance with latest system updates.

You will work in an international environment with military and civilian staff, developing course control documents, schedules, and assessments, and providing feedback and completion reports.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of ICC, JTS, FAST System and course delivery experience (Mandatory)
• Deep knowledge of NATO doctrine and standards for Common Operations (Mandatory)
• NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of NATO Command Structure and NATO Force Structure (Mandatory)
• Experience with development of technical documentation, training materials and instructional aids (Mandatory)
• Experience working in an international environment with Military and Civilian elements (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of NCI Agency (Nice to have)
• Knowledge of the NCI Academy (Nice to have)
• NATO CIS technical Course Developer or equivalent qualification (Nice to have)
• Knowledge of other NATO C2 and Functional Services (MCCIS, LC2IS, INTEL FS, etc.) (Nice to have)
• Operational experience to perspective the user courses to real world scenario (Nice to have)

Aufgaben

• Preparation: review training package, minor updates, validate environment, accounts and exercises.
• Training delivery: deliver theory, demonstrations and practical exercises; support participants.
• Completion and feedback: complete assessments, collect feedback, provide attendance/results and a completion report.
• Routine maintenance: training materials maintenance is included in the Course Delivery iteration price.
• During initial contract, contractors may serve as assistant instructors to gain experience.

DUTIES/ROLE:

• Successful delivery of training iterations as a Mobile Training Team (MTT) or at the NCI Academy in Oeiras
• Successful adaptation and updating of training material in accordance with the latest version the given system updates available remotely
• The portfolio of courses covered under this agreement are the following courses (which includes the supporting Course Control Documentation, course schedules, training materials and assessments), as defined in the NCI Academy Catalogue
• Each course delivery iteration shall include:
  • Preparation - Review training package, perform minor updates on courseware, and validate the training environment, accounts, access and exercises before delivery
  • Training delivery - Deliver the agreed training, including theoretical content, demonstrations and practical exercises, and support participants during the session
  • Completion and feedback - Complete agreed assessments, collect participant feedback and provide attendance/results and a short training completion report
• Routine training material maintenance required to support course delivery is included in the Course Delivery iteration price. Major course adaptations, structural changes to the training package or development of new training content will be performed by Academy staff and are outside the scope of the standard course preparation
• During their initial contract, contractors may serve as assistant instructors, supporting training conducted by experienced instructors in order to acquire necessary skills and become familiar with the NCI Academy training standards
