NCIA in Portugal is seeking a contractor to deliver a CIS Planning Course and develop content for the NCI Academy. The role requires extensive knowledge of NATO CIS planning policy, doctrine, and procedures, plus experience in creating training materials and instructional aids.

The candidate will coordinate with CIS planning SME practitioners and support delivery and recovery of CIS planning training. The position focuses on developing and maintaining course content, delivering training, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years advanced knowledge of current NATO CIS planning policy, doctrine and procedures.
• 5+ years advanced knowledge of NATO CIS capabilities and employment during operations and exercises.
• 3+ year experience with development of NATO policies, directives, plans, orders, training materials, instructional and learning aids.

Essential Qualifications/Experience

• 3+ years advanced knowledge of current NATO CIS planning policy, doctrine and procedures
• 5+ years advanced knowledge of NATO CIS capabilities and employment during operations and exercises
• 3+ year experience with development of NATO policies, directives, plans, orders, training materials, instructional and learning aids

Desirable Qualifications/Experience

• A0970 NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent Certificate of Completion
• Knowledge and experience of working in a NATO Command Structure HQ
• Knowledge and experience of working with the NCI Academy
