Job summary

McBride International seeks an NCOP instructor to deliver training iterations at the NCI Academy in Oeiras and during Mobile Training Team events. The role requires a NATO SECRET clearance and fluency in English, with advanced NCOP Increment 2 system knowledge and COP MANAGER qualification.

You will install and maintain NCOP systems, develop technical documentation and instructional materials, and support international military and civilian teams through the training lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Security clearance: NATO SECRET valid during contract.
• Fluent in English; able to read/write technical documentation.
• NCOP Increment 2 system knowledge (≥3 years) and COP MANAGER qualification.
• Deep knowledge of NATO doctrine and standards for Common Operations.
• NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in international environments with military and civilian elements.
• Experience developing technical documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NCOP training iterations at the NCI Academy in Oeiras and at Mobile Training Team events.
• Install and maintain NCOP systems as required toward consolidation and operation of NCOP Increment 2 Base Line 2.
• Develop technical documentation, training materials, and instructional aids.
• Work in an international environment with military and civilian personnel.
• Support the complete training lifecycle from planning to execution.

• Successful delivery of NCOP training iterations at the NCI Academy in Oeiras and at Mobile Training Team events
• NCOP Technical System Administration installations and maintenance as required toward consolidation and execution of NCOP Increment 2 Base Line 2 and the MDO domain on the Academy Training Network.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

These services require an NCOP instructor with the following qualifications and experience:

1. The candidate has a NATO SECRET security clearance, provided by the national security organization valid at the time of submission of the bid and covering the period of the contract
2. Fluent in English and must be able to read and write technical and user documentation.
3. Advanced knowledge of NCOP Increment 2 system (at least 3 years), including NCOP course qualification up to COP MANAGER in the NCOP training path and with in-depth experience of NCOP course delivery plus NCOP System Administration
4. Deep knowledge and experience of NATO's doctrine and standards relevant to Common Operations
5. NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification.
6. Knowledge and experience with NATO Command Structure and NATO Force Structure
7. Experience with development of technical documentation, training materials and instructional aids
8. Experience working in an international environment with Military and Civilian elements.

Desirable qualifications and experience

1. Knowledge and experience with NCI Agency
2. Knowledge and experience with the NCI Academy
3. NATO CIS technical Course Developer or equivalent qualification.
4. Knowledge of and experience with other existing NATO C2 and Functional Services
