Fyld is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead IT delivery across multiple projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.

You'll drive end-to-end planning, risk management and stakeholder reporting in a consulting environment, bridging business and technology with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches. Fluency in English is required. The role also offers opportunities to coach teams and implement scalable processes within Fyld.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven Delivery Manager experience in IT delivery leadership.
• Experience delivering IT projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across projects.
• Ability to manage planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets.
• Experience preparing executive reporting and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in consulting environments with multi-client projects valued.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and facilitate decisions.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Certs such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe are a plus.
• Fluency in English.
