Rumos Group in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Delivery Manager who coordinates IT delivery across multiple engineering teams in an Agile environment. Fluent in French with good English, you will manage plans, risks, incidents and production releases while aligning stakeholders.

You will lead RUN activities for legacy systems and migrations, facilitate Agile ceremonies in Jira/Confluence, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes within a distributed organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in computer engineering or related field.
• Proven IT delivery/technical project management experience in agile setups.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders in distributed orgs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain delivery plans based on priorities, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend, and Mobile teams.
• Monitor delivery commitments, milestones, risks, blockers, and corrective actions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure tracking in Jira/Confluence.
• Coordinate releases, deployments, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-release follow-up.
• Lead incident management and root-cause analysis for RUN activities.
• Manage RUN operations of the Izly platform and migration activities.
• Provide clear reporting on delivery status and escalate issues to management.
• Support continuous improvement across delivery, RUN, documentation and teamwork.

Delivery Manager (French Speaker)

Profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
• Proven experience in IT delivery management, technical project management, or a similar coordination role;
• Experience with software engineering teams in Agile environments;
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, and production releases;
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders within a distributed organization;
• Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or application migration will be considered an advantage;
• Fluent in French;
• Good knowledge of English;
• communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to challenge unrealistic commitments and escalate risks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain delivery plans based on priorities, capacity, risks, and dependencies;
• Coordinate Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend, and Mobile teams;
• Monitor delivery commitments, milestones, risks, blockers, and corresponding corrective actions;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure accurate tracking and documentation in Jira and Confluence;
• Coordinate releases, production deployments, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-release follow-up;
• Lead the coordination of operational incidents, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive actions;
• Manage the operations and RUN activities of the current Izly platform;
• Lead Collect.Online migration activities, legacy system support, and application decommissioning;
• Provide clear reporting on delivery status and escalate issues requiring management decisions;
• Support continuous improvement across delivery, RUN activities, documentation, and team collaboration.
