Decskill, an Astek Group company, is expanding its Data & AI team in Lisbon. We seek a Data Technical Lead to build and optimize Python and PySpark applications, create data pipelines with Databricks and Azure Data Factory, and develop GenAI solutions using OpenAI APIs.

You will collaborate with global teams, maintain APIs, and drive implementation across environments. The role requires hands-on experience with ML, GenAI technologies, PostgreSQL/SQL, and DevOps practices.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, Databricks and software development best practices.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure including Azure Data Factory, cloud-based data pipelines, and ML workflows.
• Experience developing and maintaining ML models and using Generative AI tools (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG).
• Experience with REST APIs, data modeling, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub, pytest, and code quality tools like SonarQube.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in Agile teams with Jira/Confluence is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, refactor, and optimize Python and PySpark applications.
• Build data pipelines and ML workflows using Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Develop, deploy, and support GenAI solutions with OpenAI APIs and LangChain/LangGraph.
• Design AI solutions including document indexing and vector DB integrations.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate systems.
• Manage deployment of apps, data pipelines, and ML models across environments.
• Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and ensure code quality.
• Maintain technical docs, manage debt backlog, and support governance and infra changes.
• Collaborate with global Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
