Teleperformance Portugal is seeking an Senior Data Engineer in Lisbon to design and optimize modern data solutions using Azure and Databricks. You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data products that drive insights and decision making.

The role requires hands-on experience with Spark, Delta Lake, and CI/CD, with responsibilities spanning data pipeline development, data governance, and mentoring of junior engineers in a global

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark (PySpark or Scala), and Delta Lake.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a global environment.
• Nice to have: Kafka or Azure Event Hubs, GDPR or data security practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Apache Spark.
