Intermedia Intelligent Communications is seeking a Data Scientist to join the AI Data Science team in Portugal. You will develop and apply advanced ML, generative AI, and statistical techniques to enhance Intermedia's digital agents.

Work closely with AI/ML engineers, software engineers, product managers, and other data scientists to move ideas from experimentation to production. You will own data science solutions, build scalable pipelines, and help improve model quality, retrieval, and agent

Qualificações

• 4+ years of professional experience in data science or related field.
• Strong experience with supervised and unsupervised learning models.
• Hands-on with generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or related technologies.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and large-scale data processing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and apply ML and generative AI solutions across the Digital Agent Platform.
• Work with LLMs, NLP, retrieval, and knowledge-grounding strategies.
• Design evaluation frameworks for AI model performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineering, software, product and data teams.
• Contribute to production deployment and monitoring of AI solutions.
