Intermedia, a leading cloud communications provider, is seeking a Data Scientist to join the AI Data Science team. You will develop advanced ML and generative AI solutions to enhance digital agents and customer interactions, working with AI/ML engineers, software engineers, and product teams.

You will build production-grade data pipelines, apply LLMs and NLP techniques, and design rigorous evaluation methodologies to ensure solution quality and measurable business impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related analytical field.
• Strong experience developing and applying supervised and unsupervised ML models to real-world problems.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, large language models, NLP, or other modern AI technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL and large-scale data processing technologies.
• Experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or equivalent technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, evaluate, and improve ML and generative AI solutions powering Intermedia's Digital Agent Platform.
• Apply LLMs, NLP, retrieval, and other AI techniques to improve agent understanding and performance.
• Design and implement production-ready ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, software engineers, product managers, and other data scientists.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and experiments to measure AI quality and business impact.
• Ensure data and model quality through thorough testing and performance evaluation.
