Job summary

Quanteam, the founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking a Personal Data Protection Analyst to support GDPR compliance across CIB projects in Lisbon. You will coordinate privacy by design, manage data subject requests and reports, and promote a strong data protection culture through cross‑functional collaboration.

The role offers a CTI permanent contract, health insurance and access to Quanteam Academy, with hybrid work from Lisbon and a salary between 20,000€ and 35,000€ gross per year,

Responsibilities

• Ensure GDPR requirements and Privacy by Design across CIB projects.

• Prepare and publish periodic CIB GDPR DESK activity reports.
• Promote awareness and foster a strong data protection culture across CIB.
• Collaborate with CIB Central Data Office, 1LoD SPOC network and 2LoD DPC/DPO network.

We are looking for a Personal Data Protection Analyst

Main Tasks

• Ensure the implementation of GDPR requirements and Privacy by Design principles across CIB projects, supporting Project Managers throughout the project validation process and related data protection activities.
• Manage incoming internal and external requests received through the CIB GDPR DESK mailbox, including Data Subject Rights Requests (DSRRs).
• Prepare and publish periodic CIB GDPR DESK activity reports and maintain the dedicated SharePoint space.
• Promote awareness and foster a strong data protection culture across CIB.
• Collaborate closely with the CIB Central Data Office, the 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) SPOC network and the 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) DPC/DPO network.
• Contribute to the development, sharing and implementation of best practices across the data protection community.
• Good knowledge of GDPR principles and personal data protection requirements.
• Understanding of Privacy by Design principles and their application in project environments.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple requests and priorities efficiently.
• Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to a strong data protection culture.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook and SharePoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• This role offers a gross annual salary between 20.000€ to 35.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
