Job summary

PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking a Personal Data Protection Analyst to join international projects. The role focuses on GDPR compliance across the project lifecycle, DSAR handling, and collaboration with DPOs and DPCs.

You will work with SharePoint and MS Office, ensure privacy by design, report findings, and support project managers in privacy validation. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with GDPR, data protection or privacy compliance.
• Support project validation from a data protection perspective.
• Handle DSARs and privacy requests end-to-end.
• Collaborate with DPOs and internal stakeholders on compliance.
• Strong organisation and communication skills, reporting and documentation.
• English proficiency and ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers to ensure GDPR compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage Data Subject Rights Requests (DSARs) and privacy-related requests.
• Coordinate with DPOs, DPCs and internal teams on privacy matters.
• Maintain reporting and documentation for governance and audits.
• Assist in privacy validation during project milestones and reviews.

We are looking for a Personal Data Protection Analyst with:

• Experience in GDPR, Data Protection or Privacy Compliance, preferably within the banking or financial sector.


• Knowledge of Privacy by Design principles and experience supporting project validation processes from a data protection perspective.


• Experience managing Data Subject Rights Requests (DSARs) and internal and external data protection requests.


• Ability to support Project Managers in ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements throughout the project lifecycle.


• Experience working with Data Protection Officers (DPOs), Data Protection Coordinators (DPCs) and other internal stakeholders.


• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage reporting, documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.


• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools is valued.


• Fluency in English and ability to work collaboratively with international teams.
