Job summary

Inetum is seeking a Data Engineer to join our team in a hybrid setup (50% onsite, 50% remote) in Lisbon. You will design and maintain high-performance data pipelines, implement data warehousing solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has solid experience with Data Vault 2.0, Kimball methodologies, Python, SQL, and Git, along with CI/CD familiarity.

Qualifications

• Experience with Data Warehouse concepts including Data Vault 2.0 and Kimball.
• Strong Python and SQL development experience.
• Hands-on Git and CI/CD exposure.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance data pipelines and data integration processes.
• Build and optimize scalable solutions for handling large volumes of data.
• Implement data models and data warehousing solutions following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and promote automation across the data platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
