Match Profiler, an Information Systems consultancy with 25+ years in the technology market, seeks a Data Engineer for a hybrid role in Lisbon. You will design and maintain data integration processes, optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across languages and regions.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL, experience with major ETL tools, data modeling, and exposure to cloud data platforms. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IS/Data Eng or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration.
• Proficient SQL with relational DBs (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
• Experience with scheduling/workload automation tools (VTOM/Virtual-M).
• Unix/Linux scripting (shell, awk, sed; Python a plus).
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT patterns, data quality, metadata management.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills in English.
• French-speaking is a plus; ability to collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work in fast-paced environment.
